Bug fixes and performance improvements

Our latest app release fixes a number of bugs within the app.

This release we are carrying on releasing our fresh new look across the app. You can now upgrade your membership within the app, within the add-on section on your dashboard.  You can now book classes in the future when your gym is closed.  This release also includes other bug fixes.

We’ve launched with a fresh new design to match the new look rolling out in all of our gyms. This release also includes some small bug fixes.

We have created a new way to manage your marketing preferences directly in the app. Now you can now manage your email, SMS and app push preferences by navigating to the Menu -> Settings -> Contact Preferences. So now it is easier to keep up to date with the latest news from The Gym Group.

This update includes the launch of our new Multi-Gym Access add-on for standard memberships, giving members more flexibility, and adds new questions to the onboarding questionnaire to help personalise your experience.

In our latest update, we’ve refreshed the Dashboard with a cleaner look and smoother experience, making it easier than ever to navigate.

In this release, we’ve fixed a few pesky bugs and made some improvements to the overall customer experience.

In this release, we’ve introduced a weekly gym visit goal feature, which you can find on the Activity page. This feature can be used to help keep you motivated and supports you in making ‘going to the gym’ part of your weekly routine. We’ve also fixed a few bugs so that you are directed straight into the app, when sign-posted from our emails or push notifications.

Introducing an improved welcome experience and the Workout Hub. In this update, we’re excited to introduce an enhanced welcome experience which captures your fitness goals and motives, as well as 5 easy to complete tasks that set you up for success. We’ve also launched the Workout Hub, which will contain a library of recommended workouts, tailored to your fitness goals. If you prefer to follow your own regime, use our ‘create your own workout’ feature where you can choose from an extensive exercise library to craft your own workout.
