For the people having problems because they can’t find English I asked the Kakao helping robot in the app and it said there is English all you need to do is click on the icon in the top right corner and you can change the language. For the second step with the phone call all you need to do is wait until the recorded message stops and then type in the two numbers they sent you to authenticate it. When I saw the reviews I got worried thinking there wasn’t English on the new app, but it was very easy to change it to English once I knew what I was looking for. Hope this helps!

이 앱을 강제로 다운받았는데 실행이 안되네요. 실행하면 흰색 화면에 아무것도 안나와요. 진짜 쓸모 없네요. 사람들한테 구버전을 못쓰게 막고 강제로 새 앱으로 바꾸게 하기 전에 최소한 켜지기라도 하게 좀 하세요.I was forced to download this ‘new’ app but it doesn’t even work. When I open it, the screen remains white and blank?? Absolutely useless. At least make sure your new app works before you lock people out of the old one and force them to switch.
