I’m right by the device and it takes so long to connect to the Bluetooth. What is the issue? Please help.

The cameras are okay. Once you hit around a 30 day mark, they aren’t really that good. They don’t hold storage good and have absolutely horrible motion detection. You can’t hardly ever get connection with them if you are so far away. Also, after a while my 2 cameras stopped moving and just stayed in the same place. I don’t recommend this brand and I highly recommend getting a different brand. These cameras are okay for looking but aren’t good in every other way. Thank you for reading. I recommend defend by tactacam cameras.

Not sure why the rating is so low. I set it up with an IR universal remote control and I thought the setup was very strait forward. Programming the remote learning was simple. Integration with Alexa worked great and the integration was fast. This was a better experience than most big brands IMO, and the device was very affordable.

The unite works very well, I was totally surprised how easy the installation was had a little problem connecting to Bluetooth, but for the most part, I give it a two thumbs up it works flawless.
