I legitimately switched to an entirely new bank just because this app wouldn’t let me even log in to view my balance 90% of the time. I only keep an account with them so my family can transfer money to or from my account.

My app just updated the other day I’m having more problems than I did before. The only way it lets me log into my account is by sending a code to my phone number. Face ID doesn’t work and neither does typing in my password regularly. Please fix this I really don’t want to switch banks.
