I love this honest company since my hire date they treated me very good! The Miles are great and consistent. Load Pre-plans are continuous. Benefits are good and home-time is priority for them. This app is good just needs more updates has some few bugs.

The new update on the this app has made it impossible to even use it on an iPhone. It takes several minutes to get the app to to open up Driver messaging because you made it too sensitive. It’s absolutely ridiculous when I get to a shipper and need the numbers off the Driver messaging. I have to literally take the tablet now out of my truck and go in the office because I can’t open up the stupid app that you have made two on user-friendly if you think that that’s gonna stop people from reading while they’re driving, you are mistaken because if you’re smart enough, you could just take a picture of the Stupid load info and look at it whenever you want so Crete safety needs to figure something out because right now this app is worthless

1: Why do we need to also log in to messages every single time, that should be automatically done when we log in to the app. 2: Blocks access for way too long after you stop driving.3: Blocks access if walking too quickly because it believes you must be driving. 4: Blocks access when riding with someone else, there should be a way for it to see your work vehicle isn’t even running. Let alone moving. 5: If logged out of the truck for any reason such as truck in the shop there is no way to send or receive communication until logged back in. Clearly the communication in linked to the tablet assigned to the truck which furthers my point about 4.

Had it long enough to find there is no login for them. Then I deleted it. The next day I went into the App Store to see if my review had been included. The App Store asked me if I wanted to open it. It opened. I found it. On a device I had not installed it on. I checked ALL my devices. It had been put on ALL MY DEVICES. I only installed it on one. Today I am deleting it from ALL MY DEVICES. There will be hell to pay if it returns to ANY of them.It’s been a couple of days. I googled to check my security. Security is good. No idea why this happened. They seem to have not come back. I had never gotten this previously because of trust issues. Trust issues were not improved by this awkward experience.
