I had recently started using applications to pay my bills due to covid lockdown. I tried paying my unifi broadband but when I press pay my bill it takes me to a plain screen and nothing loadsEven after re-setting the application it’s still the same problem along with leaving it for a while

Lousy app and hooeless services

I have recently installed Unifi WiFi at my mom’s house. The subscription never show / link my account on the app / website. Payment option on my account is not available since the account is not linked there. When I tried to linked manually, the app said I have maximums account linked to my login which there none at all. Contacted the customer service about the issue for almost a month now, nothing is done. Every time I was asked if I clear the cache history or reinstall the app when I followed up. Speechless

You can view all Unifi accounts under the same account holder's IC in the app. To link other accounts, go to Account, choose Linked, and tap on "+Link New Account". Fill the form and tap the button "Link Account" to confirm. Chat with the Live Chat agent if the issue persists or contact us on social media Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/weareunifi) or X (unifi) so we can look into this and assist you. -Zaliza

Lousy app with lousy service! You app display error when I make payment with cc! The transaction should be not successful, yet when I checked today you charged me! Twice I tried! Twice I failed! Twice I being charged! And I requested to return back to my cc! You asked me for receipt. Your app issue and now you make my life difficult asking from bank receipt where the cc statement will only be out in next month! “Great”!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡your customer service can’t help to make it easier , then let me review by comment!
