This app used to be so good/easy to use. Every new device added to my household the app would prompt me to assign it. I’d assign it, and no problem. Now each time I add a new device I get the same prompt to open the app, I do and I have to sign in. When I sign into my account the app has forgotten why I was opening it and I can’t assign the device it prompted me about. It’s totally useless now. I don’t mind signing in but it should still bring up the device in question automatically to let me deal with it then just a generic new session. Useless!

Glitches all the time. And if you ever need help the only way is to call and wait about two hours for some Indian to pick up the phone and answer and tell you how because you can’t remember one stupid little piece of information he can’t help you either. Throughout about 5 years of using Roger’s anytime I needed help with something it literally took an entire day to fix the problem

We’ve been hard at work making improvements and updates to the Rogers Xfinity app. If you used the previous Rogers Xfinity (Shaw) app, this app replaces it.
Sign in is now simpler for Rogers Xfinity customers from coast to coast. Choose MyRogers or MyRogers (Shaw) on the sign-in screen. This will depend on the option used for your Rogers Xfinity home services.
