Reimbursement for cancelling parking

I have to open the app to request that the parking garage opens the door. This is required upon entrance and exit. I found myself losing money because I may wake up not feeling well, but I requested a spot ahead of time and then I can’t cancel it because it’s the day of. I guess I learned my lesson and will only request a spot, literally as you approaching the garage because there’s no way of canceling your spot if you want to cancel the day of.

Works well when I have cell reception

The app works well, and the only real complaint that I have is that sometimes I lose cell reception in my parking garage and have trouble opening the gate. One note for the developers: it would be wonderful if you would support iOS shortcuts, and also this would be a wonderful CarPlay app. If I could pull up an app in my car and press the button to open the gate from there, it would be perfect.
