The Ericsson NetCloud Mobile app is rebranded to align with Ericsson’s product portfolio. The update includes branding changes while keeping existing functionality unchanged.

In this new version of the NetCloud Manager app, we've added support for signing in with SSO. If your NetCloud Administrator has integrated NetCloud Manager with an identity provider (IdP) and enabled SP-initiated logins, you can simply click the “Sign in with SSO” button on the login screen and enter your Company Identifier to log in. Also, we have updated the End User Agreement which System Admins must accept from NetCloud Manager web to continue using any of our applications.

In the current version of NetCloud Manager mobile application, we have added support for additional Custom Roles related to Device Health Information, Reboot, GeoView and Activity Logs. NetCloud Admins can continue to assign custom roles to users, giving them access only to the actions they need within the app.

Fixed a defect with breadcrumb data in Geoview, where it showed inconsistent data for some accounts.

With this new version of NetCloud Manager Mobile, we’ve added a “Profile” section on the menu to view and edit your profile details. You will now be able to also update your password from this new section.

Auto Detect Location with Serving Cell Tower: Allows NetCloud Manger to automatically detect the approximate location of a router based on the serving cell tower the device is connected to instead of using only GNSS/GPS for device detection.
