This release introduces a refreshed interface and a redesigned request workflow to help associates respond to shopper requests faster and with less friction. UI Refresh The app has been modernized with a cleaner, more intuitive layout. The Rooms tab is now Live, with separate tabs for Fitting Rooms and Sales Floor. The Request tab has been renamed Actions. Visual hierarchy and screen space have been improved to reduce cognitive load and help associates immediately see what needs attention. New Request Workflow Associates can now view and manage multiple requests simultaneously from a single unified screen — no more opening individual requests or switching between screens. Status indicator bars have been added to room and request cards for faster scanning. The result is fewer taps, less navigation, and more capacity to handle high request volume during peak hours. Enhanced Can't Find Flow When an item can't be located, the updated Can't Find flow surfaces alternate sizes, colors, and similar items at a glance. Associates can also scan an associate-picked replacement directly from the flow, keeping the shopper experience moving without delay. Dedicated Insights Tab Insights now live in their own tab in the bottom navigation bar, giving associates and managers a permanent, consistent place to reference performance data without interrupting active request workflows. Refreshed Lookup Tab The Lookup tab has been updated with a cleaner UI consistent with the overall app refresh.

A notable callout is that product images can now be tapped to open them in full screen. This is a highly requested feature.

We are excited to announce the release of Associate 5.1, which comes with new highly requested features, without standard user flow changes. By popular request, we have added the ability for associates to copy SKUs and Stock Codes with a tap in request and item lookup flows. Additionally, the Associate app now supports the display of multi-language product data, which will respect the selected display language in the app. This feature requires additional data configuration. We are excited to announce the launch of Associate 5.0, which comes with new highly requested features, a new look and feel, and all without major flow changes to reduce the need for extensive retraining. By popular request, we have added the ability for associates to assign themselves to multiple areas of the store to receive request notifications from each selected area. Additionally, associates can now mute notifications from all areas if they are not covering fitting rooms at the moment, and when devices are logged out they will no longer receive Crave request notifications. This will allow associates to better optimize their work day depending on the coverage of the store at any given time!
