Our mobile application allows our staff at the Dock to be able to scan tickets for our guests. This app uses the camera to quickly decipher if one of our wonderful guests has a valid or invalid ticket.

This app would be great if the man power within a company met with the demand of the vessel and all its growing customers. With no dock support tech, it’s a nightmare under the clock trying to load a boat of passengers.

The interface and use of the app and anchor software is horrible. It is riddled with bugs, crashes, and is not user friendly. Fare harbor or Peek Pro are much better options.
