Easy to use but just missing one thing

Great app and so simple to use with my Nooie cat feeder. However I wish there would be an option to send me a notification every time it dispenses food. I know I can go into the app to look at the history but it would so much better to get those in real time.

Also I do not get a push notification when food is low. Food has almost been completely gone two times and never received an alert. I would hope if this worked, it would alert me every day until food is filled back up.

When it works it’s great!

If the app worked consistently it would be amazing. However, seemingly at random, and at the worst times possible, the camera and its connectivity will go down. Sometimes it’s down for a few hours and will work again by itself. There are times however when it will just refuse to work and eventually I find that I need to re add the camera again. This time it did the same thing. However, I am now unable to share the camera feed with my wife. We both have the app and use it as a baby monitor, and I’m the main person with account. I usually share it with her, but now every time I try, she gets the notifications, but it won’t actually bring up the feed and it shows she’s not connected. This is getting frustrating and I just wish it would work well again.

Lastest Update tanked it

I have been using this product 2 years now. Love the 360 cameras to check on my kids while I’m gone with a sitter or just check on them while playing in the next room. But this last update has been a nightmare!!! My app crashes and I have to completely log out,! I’ve updated everything as I was told, uninstalled and reinstalled everything but its constantly crashing or going online and I have to refresh… and yes I’ve checked it’s not my Wi-Fi or internet connection. I have SD cards in all my camera and it will say nothing happened that day which I know is a lie cause I only review on days I have a sitter or the kids make a mention of a argument between them and it captures nothing. I’m very confused and disappointed in the update. If it continues I will be forced to choose a different product that will service the purpose.

Hi, I apologize for the issue with the app. Our app team is looking into the issue with the app crashing. We hope to have this matter resolved soon. Regarding the microSD card not working, please re-format the card in the app. Refer to the steps below.

1. Log into the Nooie app and click on the "camera thumbnail".
2. Select the "Settings" (hexagon) icon in the top right.
3. Select "Storage".
4. Click on "Format SD Card". Wait a few minutes for the format to complete.
