I really would like for this banking to work with any other money app for transactions like zelle, cash app and also be able to connect to Apple Pay hopefully in the near future. Another thing is getting charged for taking out money at pls locations I don’t understand why we would still get charged for taking out our own money when we are already paying a monthly fee and still pay extra fee when pulling out money at atms or some online shopping Other than that The card works great

I was told by a representative at PLS that if I signed up for the prepaid debit card that I wouldn’t be charged for any fees to add funds to it (because my initial transaction i was trying to do is add funds to my chime card and the whole reason for me calling was seeing if there was any type of fee charged for that). They told me that to add funds to my chime account there is a $4.95 fee and like I stated they highly recommend the expectation card and no fee would be applied if added at a PLS location. So I went to the pLS location that I called and when I went to purchase their card of a sudden there’s a fee of $6.95 to add funds! That’s MORE than the fee that chime charges!! Very upset but I STILL purchased/added funds to my new account for the prepaid card. But now my issue is that I made a purchase with it (online), then ended up returning it (due to ordered wrong item), went physically into Walmart with the item and nice and quick they did my refund/return transaction. So now on the online app it’s saying that PLS completed their refund/transaction but on the other end it’s saying that there is a HOLD! And when I call the number on the card it says that there’s a pending deposit and then says that the deposit has been completed which NOTHING has been completed! I just want my funds released and $6.95 fee to add funds to the card is RIDICULOUS! ESPECIALLY when I was told that as long as I added funds at a PLS location it would be FREE of CHARGE!! Your fee is MORE than every prepaid card that I ever had! AGAIN RIDICULOUS! Just please release my money that’s all I ask! And after that your card will NEVER be used again! Should be ASHAMED! Not all people got it like that to pay all these fees!

So I added money to my PLS card and I need to make a payment for a shed. Unfortunately, the shed people are telling me that they’re going to charge me extra money to use a credit card/debit card. Since there are other cash apps that have the ability to have a routing number, etc., is it possible to do this with PLS as well?PLS really saved my business after my purse was stolen and they were able to cash a check for me because I was already in their system whereas Chase Bank wouldn’t cash the check even though I had an account with them and they had seen me hundreds and hundreds of times. I appreciate the way that PLS is able to keep their customers moving financially. I wish I understood the fee structure better so that I could account for that reduction in my money.

The app is really easy to manage and take account of any transactions pretty quickly, The staff at the stores are amazing too , always end up with Herman a customer service representative from a pls store on 51st and Indian school rd Phx Az. Always great support, quick and easy to talk to and gets things done fast. Always asks if i need anything else and is very friendly!
