More than just a flight | Bamboo Airways
I used airpaz to book tickets for bamboo airways and had a horrible experience. I will never use this airlines again. First off AirPaz messed up the names and swapped the first and last names on our tickets which I was charged a fee to switch. This process was made more confusing due to incompetence of the workers in HCM city. They had us do two circles between the baggage check and two different customer service desks. Due to a mistyping in one of the tickets we had to buy an entire new ticket. I requested a name change via email and never heard from any representative.
Crashes when I select United States as country of billing

It’s so frustrating to enter so much information only for the app to crash when I select United States from the credit card billing page payment country.

Any app that pops an ad in my face when I open up is a waste of time. I use the app to book flights, so I went and used the competition’s app to book a flight with them and have deleted this useless app.

Just an useless app. You can pretty much do everything on the website with better navigation. An app with poor UI/UX will not deserve a higher rating. No more than 1 star.
