This app is great... Super easy to use!

I usually don’t spend time giving reviews to Apps but I will give exemptions to this. This is the worst apps that I have encountered.I have tried several times signing up for patient portal for my daughter but unfortunately it is always unsuccessful. The error is always on the submission of the ID. I have tried every option available. I tried uploading but it won’t go through. I have tried taking photo but unfortunately it will hang and eventually go back to the home page so every information you can encoded were gone. And you have to repeat the sign up process all over again. I have done this not only once or twice per option. I also have tried skipping for it says I could skip that step if I am written as the parent in my daughter’s medical record. But at the end I will still have to submit an ID which go backs to the same problem I have mentioned. Parents especially Moms are so busy and doesn’t have the luxury of time to spend signing up and encoding again and again and just get nothing.And another thing according to the nurse prior to our discharge that after signing up, it would take days, 2 or more days before we can see the lab test results and anything related to our child’s visit. Why is it like this? Could it not be improved in such a way that we can access readily the data of our child after signing up just like other hospitals. If they can do that in their apps, I am sure Children’s Hospital can do that too.Please improve the Apps… that’s the greatest gift you can ever give to the parents of your patients.Remember TIME IS GOLD!!!
