It works but very frustrating because the volume will not stay where I put it. It keeps lowering on its own.

Not sure why anyone has a problem with support. I did not immediately realize one did not have to bounce back and forth with language options. My question was answered in hours. One other issue regarding exchange resulted in a great response.I wish that the connect message would change. I seldom use with a phone. I primarily use with a 5th generation iPad mini. The primary issue is that there are no instructions. Don’t delete the cache-you’ll lose the ability to simple speak a recorded phrase. Tapping again will call up speech, but it is a pain.

The program works as it should. The only thing I would say, is that it’s a little slow in the translation, but that may not be the program as it is your service. The Application is very easy to use and selecting the language of choice.You don’t have to change the language when the other person is speaking to you, it knows to translate it into your main language.

The volume, translation are good but one problem was the switching back and forth between the 2 languages translated which doesn’t work at all.
