The PSE app provides easy access to your account when you're on the go. Check your balance and make a payment with just one click. Track & report power outages in your neighborhood and check on restoration times, all in the palm of your hand.
Manage your account:
• Review your account balance, prior month’s charges and pay your bill
• Use and securely save your preferred payment method – eCheck, debit, credit, PayPal or Venmo
• Manage personal preferences - select your desired bill due date or enroll in paperless billing
• Change or update your account security, including password and security questions
• Start, stop or move your residential service
Stay informed about outages:
• View outage status on the map, searching by address, city or ZIP code
• Easily report an outage

The Outage Map Never Works They Stopped Supporting Automatic Updates On Power Outages Its Unclear If Outages Are Actually Reported And The Last Time The Outage Map Worked There Were No Updates If Crews Were Working Or Any Estimations On Anything
Additionally The App Always Signs Me Out And Forgets My Login Info
Its Also Incredibly Difficult To Find If A Payment Is Processing Or Pending Etc For Literally No Reason Except Maybe To Trick People Into Paying Again
This App Use To Be Mediocre For Updates Now Its Pointless And Abysmal
Bad updates make it bad
When it works it’s fine. But the PSE developers push updates that break the system. The app doesn’t then connect to the web backend at PSE, failing with a very misleading “technical problems” error message. That isn’t correct in most cases - it’s the app that has gotten wrapped around its own axel - I suspect from a recent update making older app data incompatible with the updated versions. Because the only way to fix it is to fully uninstall the app and its data , and then fresh install from the App Store.
If users game to uninstall at every or almost every app update you are not managing the updates correctly as your chances are making the installed app data worse compatible. There are programatic ways of doing this correctly.
Error connection
I haven’t been able to login in. The last time I was able to login and pay my bill was back in December. Please fix the bugs and errors! This is how I pay my bills, through the app.
