I’ve been wanting to write locations or captions on my profile photos but it will not let me. One I have something written up it shifts upwards and no matter how many times I hit save it just doesn’t register. I moved to a new area recently and saw this app on tik tok. All I want is to easily be able to find new friends for my boyfriend and I because college is such a limited area. I wish I didn’t have to wait or pay to see what everyone’s animal is in their profile as well as everyone else. I strictly just want to interact with people who have the same animal as me (the friend one) and if I’m just going to get hook up DM’s then this app isn’t as different as I thought it would be. I want to give it a chance, but I really don’t want unnecessary strain on my relationship so I hope this can be fixed in some way.

Hi I’m a new user of the feels app and I just thought I’d give some suggestion’s. Number one, the location change that requires premium. I think that’s a bit dumb considering people could’ve accidentally mistyped the wrong place, like I did. Now I’ll be given people whom aren’t as close to me. Another thing, I love that the app is inclusive, but I don’t love how theirs only the most popular genders and pronouns. I personally am apagender, and my pronoun’s are They/She, but the closest option I had was she/they and Agender. If your gonna be inclusive, you have to actually include the not so popular options too. Besides all that I think the app isn’t bad. It’s just not that good, it has potential though.

Hey! First off, thank you for the feedback. You can actually use your current location to find people near you without buying premium. If you put in the incorrect city, you can just change it to your current location at any time. Also, we are always working on becoming more inclusive, and making sure that everyone feels accepted and safe on Feels. Im sorry that none of our gender and pronoun options were fitting for you. We are working on adding a custom "other" option, so people can put in whatever gender/pronouns they identify with. Hope this helps, and I'm sorry you didn't have the best first experience on Feels! We are constantly working to improve :)
Downsizing an Already Small Userbase

Downloaded this app about a year ago looking for to expand my social circle in my area (lived in a major city in the south at the time), and was pretty disappointed with how small and bland my selection of users was. Just recently moved again and thought I’d retry the app since it’s has time to grow and improve, only to realize that when I updated it, it’s now bizarrely branded as exclusive to New York City, with all support for other areas seemingly being removed- I can’t even open the app anymore, it just gets stuck “searching”. I guess instead of trying to advertise or make a product worth talking about, they cut their losses and tried to appeal to a hyper-specific market. By the looks of the new store images, it’s a really ham-fisted attempt too, with them randomly inserting “New York” into existing prompts like “what is your most controversial *New York* opinion?”

Hello Mechromage! Thank you for downloading Feels 1 year ago and to give the app another chance this year. As you saw, you're an early adopter in the US. We started to launch the app in the US only 3 months ago with small marketing budgets and in reduced area (that's why you saw this app name but we're going to change that with the next update) to test the concept, collect users' feedbacks and adapt the experience before going further. That's a long-term job to launch such a big country. In any case, we're very sorry if you had a poor experience on Feels. We hope to see you next year ;)

I still get the vibe that it’s like every other dating site to still have to pay for something to talk to some people. Or maybe it’s just a bot trying to hook you into the premium. Also, there are so many 21 year olds so it tends towards that crowd a lot more. I sent quite a few “feels” got two messages within the past two weeks. One I can respond to and the other I need to pay premium for. Only reason this deserves a three star is because it does have a different way to send a like or emoji to someone. Also you can send some messages which is a plus but, is not all that great.

In the Reactions tab, find all the Likes and Messages you’ve received, with DMs at the top of the list. DMs are always visible and prioritized over other reactions, so don’t hesitate to send some too: it’s the best way to start new conversations.
The new Interests tab now allows you to follow all the activity generated by your profile — just like when you post stories on social media. You’ll see who interacted with your content, you’ll be able to spot interested (and interesting) profiles and send them a Like. You’ll also be able to adjust your profile if some content doesn’t attract attention.
It’s clearer and smoother to use!
