My WebID

With the My WebID app you carry out every identification - with video, online banking, ID card photos, digital identity or eID function - in just a few steps.
1. Download the app 2. Follow the instructions 3. Enter your TAN - done. Your legally valid electronic signature with e-signature is just as easy.
The My WebID app only needs authorization for the camera.
Tips:
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection to ensure smooth operation. WiFi is better than mobile data.
• Good lighting helps to identify the ID card.
• The ID document should be clean and undamaged and not covered by your hand.

I didn’t get the name of your employee taking care of my VideoID for the DKB bank! But he was utmost helpful, friendly and supportive. Yesterday and today I tried several times to get it done, but the phone connections were bad and interrupted.
Today it worked so well, because your employee guided me through the whole process.

I did not find your service very user friendly. It took several attempts to get the initial paperwork done, and I was not able to go back and correct a mistake I had made in entering my birthdate. Then I waited for 3 hours one day and for an hour another day before I was interviewed. The man who interviewed me did not speak a clear Hoch-Deutsch and the reception was not clear either, so we had to switch to English. Nevertheless, I believe we were successful in the end.
