The app is ok. Needs a few things that would make it more efficient. The app needs to have a different notification sound, or allow me to pick my own sound. Sounds exactly like a few other apps that I have notify me. I miss things all the time because of that. I also wish that the app would let me look at sub shifts and my schedule in a block calendar view. Would be so much easier than to scroll through the very long list of sub shifts available. For some reason it notifies me at 11:00 at night to let me know I have unseen sub shifts. I have not figured out how to change that. Needs to be earlier, like 7 or 8pm.

I love this app. I cannot say enough great things. Using this software has helped our company manage our team in a more efficient manner. Efficiency = happy customers. It’s a win/win! My favorite feature are the alerts that let me know when our employees are not checked in. I never have to wonder whether my associates are at work. Yay for no more sleepless nights:)

I highly recommend Prospr. It has completely changed my team’s efficiency. We are scaling with the support of Prospr and wouldn’t be able to get to where we are today without Prospr. Our day-to-day operations and communications are running seamlessly!

The app is okay, but need make sounds or notify changes, for schedules. I lost travel to work for the app not notify the changes of the hours of start. I arrive to my work 2 hours early. Need to sound to start, the break, the hours, like a reminder, is so Zzz. And the managers only say need to remind. But is a app, the app need to do that! Need more work in that specific area or functionality. I’m work for MBCC.
