This game is soooo fun and gets you so excited to decorate and color in new drawings. But sadly this made me consider deleting it soon. You have energy “lightning bolts” which apparently youcan have up to 100. That’s the trick. Every drawing you want to do costs at least 10-20 of those lightning bolts. Every 3 minutes you get ONE more, but it doesn’t do much. I am only writing a review NOW because I just ran out of them! I just got this game and i’m on level ten. That is only because I got a new random 100 more of those lightning bolts! but weirdly I don’t now how I got those, but that lasted me 5 more levels. Then my lightning bolts were all out! I tried to pay 1 dollar to get the starter pack, and for some reason I couldn’t. That probably is just ME, but this game gets annoying from that. I want this creator to PLEASE take away the energy bolts. please! OMG! I came back to add something. It is not saving my progress.. I left the app on to go let my dog out to the bathroom and came back, and my phone was off, so I just got back in the app. IT DIDNT SAVE. It was a super hard coloring page with 92 colors in it, and this is absolutely a pain. It made me so mad because I had only 5 colors left to do. This game needs to be able to save progress without having to log in with your facebook account. I don’t have one! This has been on my nerve for a while.

EDIT: 100 new levels were added November 4th which is awesome! Game still crashes after an ad, but I’m hooked. Waiting on adding the 5th star to see how the next side quest goes. OG: I play this game constantly and love it, but I’ve been burning through levels and in the two months I’ve played, the max still appears to be 300 levels. To make the game last longer, I’ve been playing the side quests. However a few levels into the Halloween one and the last one (fall harvest) and completing the puzzles within the time limit becomes impossible. I love a good challenge and I like the rewards these side quests offer, but after you complete 5 or so, the pictures get way more detailed and you’re only given 4-6 minutes to complete them. I have drowned my energy bar multiple times trying to pass one picture and when the time runs out I’m no where near done. After a while it made me feel like it’s rigged so I will have to spend money to complete all of the side quest pictures. I’ve used some boosters for a few of the paintings, but I shouldn’t have to drain 5 paintbrushes per picture to finish it. It takes away the fun. Again, I like being challenged, but one where I know I can win. I watch ads on this app like crazy to get extra coins and xp, so you’re getting money out of me. I’d even spend some of my own money if I think this game will last me a long while. Right now I’m not convinced. Please please add more levels and make the side quest pictures have no less that 7:30 minutes.

So I have been playing this game for about a month now I’m over 100 lvls and if you don’t pay the 8$ every week, which in my opinion is a bit excessive of a charge for an extra 100 energy which at my point only gets you two more pictures because once you reach a certain point they require more every , example (50 energy) for one picture with 100 colors, can be tedious because of all the nooks and crannys they like to hide them in . If your going to charge people you should be able to pay an x amount and play as many as you want. This would help progress the house further and complete missions that require 4stars or more to complete . With the pay option being as it is I’ve tempted to uninstall the game on multiple occasions . If your new and going to try this game I would definitely read this for future reference on just how long it will take you to actually get anywhere . Again I have paid 2xs within the month of having the game and it gives me little in return. I wouldn’t drop money unless your looking for a disappointment . The only benefit is the coin collector but even that is 8$ on a sale and 13$ for normal and honestly is just a hassle. This game is definitely aiming to get deep in your pockets and making you try to pay every step of the way with continuous pop ups on supposedly good rewards , that end up being trash. Creators please set a fixed price for the game! Not some weekly bsthat barley gives you anything and still having to wait hours for your bar to go up .

TLDR: I would recommend this game to anyone, but be prepared to wait a very long time to feel any progress. This has been one of my favorite games I’ve ever played. There is no rush for each level, you simply get to take your time with coloring and enjoy watching the picture develop. I’ve loved every bit of it except for the energy levels needed to complete the levels. You are only given 100 energy max at any given time and now that I’m around level 200, every level costs either 40 or 50 energy. Even puzzles that take approximately one minute to finish! It’s frustrating that I have to wait hours and hours to then use up all my energy in what feels like five minutes. I understand if that’s the point because the developers wanted to stretch out the game so people didn’t finish it in one day, but then the tasks to progress the story feel like a slap in the face. Four stars to fix the roof in three separate rooms??? That’s 12 stars!!! That takes me multiple days to collect!! I’ve even spent money to buy 500 energy, the most you can buy at one time. I played I think 10-11 levels in one sitting and completed 3-4 tasks before running out of energy again. It’s just frustrating to love this game since I feel like I have to buy 500 energy every time I want to enjoy it for more than a few minutes. With the being said, I do still love the game as I stated in the beginning. It’s a different concept than all the other candy crush type decorating games and it’s a wonderful change of pace.
