Notifications used to only show on my phone. That isnpreferred. Now they spam me insecure emails with positional data whenever the tracker starts moving. This is a serious security and privacy concern! This was disabled in the settings and still is. Toggling the setting does nothing except on one tracker if I completely turn off ALL forms of notifications. Trying tontoggle another tracker has no change on the GUI. It is stuck with all on or all off. So I am forced to disable ALL notifications just to have it shutup and not leak tracker data through email. This is extremely annoying that settings are now broken. Re-installing the app and changing password does nothing to alleviate this. Please fix this!

I don’t know why there isn’t many reviews but this gps is great!! I’ve had it for two years it used to have bugs but was fixed and runs flawless now, I get text messages if my car moves 1 foot. Tells me speed and location. The app is very nice and easy to use. When I have the car parked I turn on my text notifications but when I drive it I turn my text notifications off so I save cellular data and I don’t use up my messages. So the more notifications you get more Cellular data you use so make sure when you drive you turn off notifications. But the ease of mind having a GPS on your car is totally worth it.

This is the best GPS tracker. It works great ! I have FOUR ! I just have some change suggestions. Please take serious consideration. 1. Make subscription changes an option in the APP ! Please and thank you !!! 2. Make software updates easier. It’s hard to do software updates when the device is not and can’t be near you. 3. Make trip history exact. Every turn, stop etc. We just get a summary Birds Eye view of trip history and it’s ok but could be better. 4. Tracki update of where vehicles are sometimes lag. Won’t update for hours and shuts off randomly. But will turn back on after some movement time. That’s all I can think of for now. But other than that, this works absolutely amazing.

Any of the bad reviews are clearly from people that aren't tech savvy whatsoever. I've been using Tracki for about a year now and it's AMAZING. For a very small fee of $20/month you get live accurate tracking! I purchased the battery pack extension so the device lasts about 1-2 months which Is mind blowing. Tracki has given me complete peace of mind and I couldn't be more grateful. Also, the customer service is absolutely perfect. Not going to lie, I expected customer service to be horrible but I was wrong. I've had to call them twice for minor issue and they answered right away and were very friendly and knowledgeable.Highly recommend!
