Dear developers, I wanted to report a technical issue, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to open a bug ticket within the app. There is no clear indication of how to do so. I'm experiencing severe limitations as I can only access the front page with, but nothing else. Every attempt to access other features results in the same error message: 'An error has occurred, please try again later.' Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Paying for Frustration, Not Service

After many years of using your service, the experience has become extremely frustrating. The app is now too slow, and there are frequent connection issues throughout the day—even during critical moments like important meetings. What’s worse is the lack of proper customer support. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, nothing has been done. It’s disappointing to pay for a service and not get the reliability or assistance you expect. Totally unacceptable.

The iOS app is terrible. It needs a lot of updates when I try to check my balance on the app. It gives me errors as well as a lot of tabs that don’t work. Please update the iOS app and fix errors. Also I don’t understand why you can’t set up a call center for customer service even if you claim that you are 100% online service you still need a call center or at least a WhatsApp call/chat service that runs smoothly.
