So while navigating this seemingly easy app, I made a mistake and then got stuck. Reached out to the team on Twitter and they tried helping via chat and email but that wasn’t working so they called instead and within 5 minutes everything was resolved. One of the most impressive part for me was their patience in explaining the steps I needed to take. You could sense over the phone that they do really care. Needless to say am stuck with this new bank. Thank you!

The app is user-friendly, fast, and packed with useful features like instant transfers, virtual cards. I especially love the flexibility it gives in managing my money on the go. To be honest, I was a lil skeptical about it until I found out that one special distinguished was already using and talked about it. Then I knew I was going to be using this forever. I had tried to refer almost everyone but unfortunately few has started using and each time they make transaction, I got a particular %. I can do everything from this app with no or little fee. It's a life saver!

With their little or no extra charges on being account holders and cardholders, they’ve really been the best out there. This is the only bank in Nigeria where you’ll have 50k and in the next 3 months you’ll still meet your 50k intact or might even meet added funds cos of the independent banker feature!!
