Has anyone gotten this to work or been able to contact the Support?

I have tried to make this work 1000 different ways and can’t get it to work and just like everyone else’s review it’s just a black screen… And contacting app support on here also doesn’t work… Anybody have this app work at all?? It really would be so cool if it actually did work.
