Bereal is a really fun app that I would say I use pretty often. I don’t have any complaints accept for this one teeny tiny thing, but its still agitating. If you have bereal you know that there are groupchats or whatever, and they show at the top of your “my freinds” page. There is a max of two groups i believe but i have no problem with that. The problem is my groupchats have been working perfectly fine for the last couple of months or so. And the other day I opened up the app and saw that they had just completely dissapeared from my feed. I just thought it was nothing and closed out the app and reopened it. It still didnt appear so i just left it alone and figured it would come back whenever. After like a day or so I kept getting the notifications that it was time to post my bereal to the groups but when I would click on the notifications to try to open up the groups, it would just take me to my feed, and the groupchats wouldn’t be there. I looked it up and saw a handfull of people also had this problem. I saw some solutions listed like “clear your cache” “restart your phone” “delete the app and redownload it” ect. I tried all of these things, and still nothing. My phone didnt have the clear your cache option, but that might be just my phone, i dont know. I also didnt want to log out, just because i was scared i wouldn’t be able to log back in. But I really don’t know. Other than this problem I don’t have much to complain about. Sorry for such a long reveiw!!

DEVELOPERS PLEASE READ!!!! I have been waiting and waiting for about a year for my verification text. I have all the newest updates. My phone is nice and I’ve never had any problems with it!!! I try to do my verification text about every day but it never works!!!! I love the idea of this app and ALL of my best friends have it! It’s a great app i just wish i could use it. Really great app but this makes me so mad. I really want this app to work so please fix it!!! I always put in the right phone number and I even tried to reach out to customer service once but it did not work. Please please please PLEASE fix this. I love this app and it would make me incredibly sad if it never works. This is how it is on my sisters phone too! We have all had accounts before then when we try to sign back in it does this! Please look deeper into this. Thank you for reading my review and I’m begging you, please fix this. UPDATE- it’s been about 2 years now or more and I definitely do recommend this app, it’s a great idea but I’m still experiencing the same issue. I have tried everything I can. I’ve waited and I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I’ve restarted my phone. Please fix this issue as for I’m sure it happening to many others. Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a great day! EDITTTT: After years of it not working, it finally sent. FINNALYYY. Thank the lord. I’m so happy. Developers, yall are awesome. Some real creative and hard workers up there. Hello! I am going to be telling you the pros and cons about getting this for your children/child. Here are some pros: First and foremost, it is a social media app for kids so it is safe for kids from ages 10-15 to use. Another pro is they get to talk through images and comments and titles for your friends only, and they can add friends. Although it might seem like a distraction for kids, it actually gets them in the habit of checking their phone so for example, say they were out with friends and they checked their phone because they didn’t know it was on silent and you texted him/her/other, they will get it thinking it is bereal. and when they see it is you they will respond. Last but not least for pros, you can see what your friends and family are doing and the bereal.! goes off every 24 hours and if you get it don’t before 2 minutes you can post 2 more. So, for the cons, first I have had some issues where kids are posting their phone numbers which is not ok and if they are friends with someone they don’t know and thought it would be cool to add them, they were in the wrong and now that person, if not a good, they have your child’s phone number and can do many bad things with that number. Next we have a option on the app where you can edit your account, and there is one saying “Where I live” and many kids put that which is severely bad. If you do end up letting your kids have this like I did, just make sure to check every few days their friends and ask who is that? or what is that? and always check their account to see if they put down where they lived. Hoped this helped!
