Could not use it
I downloaded the fee app; it seems very user friendly. I would have used it if I could have plugged in the info for yesterday, which was my first/ protein day. I found the app after I started the diet.
The app assumes you are starting the diet today or in the future. If you started it already, you are out of luck :)
