They have a service charge of 10% of the total store invoice in addition to delivery charges. The service charge started with fixed amount of 5 SAR, then became 5% and now reached 10%. All this does not include the delivery fee that reaches 25 SAR. Also, the delivery man calls you asking to transfer the invoice amount as they do not have enough money to pay for the store and you will go through a lot of headaches just to get your order delivered. Other delivery apps increase the store's prices with the same amount of service charges but at least your order is delivered faster and no one will bother you with bank transfersUpdate:I deleted this app as it takes ages to deliver the order and it comes cold

I like it and i start using it most of the time The only problem is that sometimes the driver accept the order but he is far from the restaurant !! In same time i dont know that, the tracking for the driver starts after he pick up the order .I hope you find sulotion for that and improve it .

Worst Delivery Application in Riyadh

It took 1:30:00 to get my order and they claim not adding to the menu while adding an extra 10% at the end. its a joke. I waited and my guests went home and I got stuck with a big order that already arrived cold and missing half the items. You wont know what you will pay until the driver gets your receipt and they have the worst customer service ever. I told them items are missing and cold and they told me there is nothing I can do about it. I do not recommend using it.
