It was my first time using the app and it was a difficult task also as I ordered from a unknown restaurant and it was a great experience from timing to clarity of order and invoice was attached from the restaurant also, so no hidden charges. Overall great experience let's hope for the best in future also. Great app

They have a service charge of 10% of the total store invoice in addition to delivery charges
They have a service charge of 10% of the total store invoice in addition to delivery charges. The service charge started with fixed amount of 5 SAR, then became 5% and now reached 10%. All this does not include the delivery fee that reaches 25 SAR. Also, the delivery man calls you asking to transfer the invoice amount as they do not have enough money to pay for the store and you will go through a lot of headaches just to get your order delivered. Other delivery apps increase the store's prices with the same amount of service charges but at least your order is delivered faster and no one will bother you with bank transfers

I deleted this app as it takes ages to deliver the order and it comes cold

The invoices issued by our couriers are the store’s invoices, and no additional fees are charged. There are no price increases on the menu, and the only extra fee is for delivery🚀!
