Some things can be done in the app that cannot be done in the website and vice versa, which is annoying. To mention the two main ones that I constantly struggle with: in the app, you cannot schedule a message to be sent later. In the app, in the live chats window, you can filter the leads that are not assigned, but you cannot do this on the website. But in the app, inside the contacts window, you cannot filter the leads at all, for example by tags, by categories, by assigned users, etc. And… a lot of the times new leads come in straight toThe contacts window but they never appear in the Live Chat window. The above handled would definitely make me grade it 5 stars, but I have been struggling with this for years. Hope you get to handle these details which, honestly, make a world of difference.

I downloaded this app to help me with my business goals, little did I know it would immediately flag all of my accounts as being hacked & the support team wouldn’t get back to the emails or tickets sent. Instead of boosting business this has cost me tremendously not just monetarily but my algorithm suffers every day they don’t actually fix the issues they’ve caused. I was told this was the best free app, little did I know they sell your information as soon as you put it in and don’t give an option to opt out until you’ve put everything in and have to go to your settings (again, after your completely set your accounts up including verifying they’re yours which leads to a “hacked” status) if you decide you want an app that automates things, look elsewhere. Probably anywhere else would be better than this app.

I used this app for a while and it was great at first. After one of my reels blew up, I had to turn off the automated messages because it became overwhelming.After about a week with the automation turned off, I tried to turn it back on and kept getting a generic error that only says “an error has occurred” with no explanation. I reached out to support, but it wasn’t helpful. It seems to be mostly AI support that doesn’t understand the issue, and even the Instagram messages feel automated.I also noticed there are features locked behind a paywall that isn’t clearly shown anywhere in the app, and I couldn’t find clear info about it even after looking online.Now after taking a break for a month and trying again, I can’t log back in. There doesn’t seem to be a normal login option, only “create account,” but my Instagram is still linked to an account I can’t access. Because of that, I’m basically locked out and can’t use the app at all.At this point, I’m frustrated and honestly concerned. It’s starting to feel sketchy, and I really hope I’m wrong, but I need help getting access back to my account or having my IG unlinked so I can log in again.

This app was great in the beginning but after 3 months in it’s not sending my auto response message to the people who comment on my post. I’m paying $25 a month for pro and it’s not sending the messages! I have refreshed/restarted the app and my page like it says to do and it’s still not working. I have 50 comments I now have to message plus the additional that’s still coming in. There is no customer support that exists to help. They just bring you to the help page to try to figure it out yourself… even tho you’ve gone through all their steps. Every ad that I see pop up about this platform I will make the same complaint until someone from the company reaches out. This is horrible!
