The Diabetes Program App by Pennington Biomedical Research Center and JPL Technical Solutions is one of many tools provided to you as you start down your path to reversing or preventing type 2 diabetes by enrolling in the clinic program. This app includes copies of each session reviewed with your coach along with daily goals and checklists, and fun and easy-to-use tracking tools. These tools will help you to track your food intake, exercise, sleep, mood, weight loss, and more as you move through the program. The app provides virtual support from a team of health coaches and is designed to help you keep you on the path to a healthy and happy you.
