Needs further bug fixing & enhancements

With version 2.8.7, I do not see any changes as such as user apart from the log in screens. I believe that this is the only banking app in Dubai that doesn't store the login name after checking off "Remember Me". So, as a work around, I've enabled fingerprint log-in. Of course, once you're logged in, the tabs at the bottom are well fit except the "-s" in "Notifications" drops just below the rest of the word.A nice to have feature would include the expiry date of term sukuk. And in the dashboard maybe a combo bar chart of what the year-on-year savings with profit looks like. Apart from the above, I love the ease of use and dashboard functionality. Overall, great app.

Improving but below Average

The app is improving slowly but it’s well below what can be expected from a modern app. The login experience breaks with every update and does not give much confidence how data is stored and handled by the app. The functions are very very basic and the screens are not very intuitive. Terms and Conditions of products are stashed away and hard to read once you find them.

ID&Password login error at flash sale

When I receive SMS on flash sale and important chance to win The login on the app stopped working I received login error Wrong user id or password And when i request to forget password and after full successful rest password Still the app giving same error message Wrong ID or password This is the worst time to fail testing your app , you need to raise your testing and assurance on the app development
