Good Content, But Needs Offline Downloads!!

I subscribed to Watch It mainly to enjoy Arabic shows and movies during travel or downtime, especially when I don’t have internet access. The content selection is solid, and the app itself works fine—but I was really disappointed to find out there’s no download option like Netflix.Offline viewing is a basic feature these days, especially for a paid streaming service. I hope the team considers adding it soon—it would make a big difference in the overall experience.Until then, it’s 3 stars from me. Great content, but missing a key feature.

Horrible app and worse customer support

The app is fairly good. I’m subscribed to the premium version so I don’t experience the complaints about ads. The selections are good but at least 2 of the livestreams stations don’t stream the ones who don’t show their programming a curious omission. The developer should know that by simply trying to stream them. Many if the classical movies and plays released in 4x3 format stream in widescreen and are therefore distorted and in very low resolution. Also there are no subtitles on any thing I tried to view. The app interface needs work, unnecessary, lacks highlights of selections, etc. Still the app satisfies my nostalgia!Update: as I use the app I find it lacking essential features that are standard on any streaming app: for example the “continue watching” list retains fully watched content and can’t be updated to delete content! Contacting customer support about this issue was vey cumbersome process requiring submitting proof of subscription. Streaming live content is very erratic and virtually useless: no schedules, continuous ads on some channels. I’m regretting my subscription and most likely will not renew unless content are improved and the app is brought to standards.

It’s disheartening to feel ignored, especially when you're relying on a product that promises to enhance your experience. I like the content and how diverse it is on this app. The one thing that gives me hard time when using it is how far behind the features are. Something like picture-in-picture is a standard now when it comes to any streaming services or videos. I hate how I have to pause a movie or a podcast I am watching to do something on another app on my phone. Another thing would be the ability to pause the video using headphones is not supported. I have to actively pause from the screen. The mirror feature to tv gets untrusted all time as well. I think they have great potential but they need major updates to keep up because these small inconveniences make me look for any other content to watch on any other platform before Watch It.
