Relascope plots have a new gauge mode, Angle gauge, with two yellow spikes marking the edges of the gauge, and you can switch between it and the prism with a button right in the measuring view. A frozen image can now be dragged sideways, making borderline trees easier to judge. The start page, settings, account flow and summary have a new, consistent design, and the summary now shows tree layers per species with fixed colours. New tutorial videos show how to measure crown width and crown height.

Sync fix

Height trees are easier to spot: the red ring marking the trees to measure for height now grows with distance beyond 5 m and stays bright red in shade, so you can find it from across the plot. New Video tutorials

• Denmark: volume now uses the official Danish forest statistics functions, with total volume and merchantable volume to a 7 cm top. • France: volume follows the IGN national standard (stem to a 7 cm top), plus total volume including branches, for all French species. • The volume info button now shows the volume type and source for each species in every country. • Tracking is explained • Prism plots show QMD outside the Nordics and correct per-acre units in the summary • Fewer false sensor warnings when a measurement starts.
