A huge step in the right direction with the video descriptions. What a great way to combine the rule book with a live umpire who can explain the rule. Two essentials that are missing: 1. Must be able to create more than one bookmark per rule. Was only able to create one within each rule. For example, within Rule 6, there were a few bookmarks that I’d like to be able to create and return to but have to settle for only one. 2. Must be able to return back to the previous page after you follow a blue-highlighted link that references another rule. Instead, the back button returns you to the table of contents where you must then navigate to the spot where you were before. Lastly, the video functionality has been inconsistent. Sometimes the videos load, sometimes they don’t.
Rulebook needs help

The book is a great start and has had some great updates. It is still lacking in some areas. My husband has difficulty reading on his phone and likes to use the app rulebook to find things quickly. He then goes to a paper copy of the book. He (and I) would like to see page numbers in the app so we can cross reference both. We also need the ability to better bookmarks. We would like to be able to have multiple bookmarks in the sections. It would be great to be able to name them so we find things better. Thank you for making it free. Now more people (managers and coaches especially) will have a copy of the rulebook and hopefully read it. Thank you for your time.

Yesterday when downloaded it had a crashing issue. Emailed support@little league and they informed me there was a bug that they had quickly addressed. Advised to delete and redownload. Upon doing the app worked PERFECTLY! Great app and thanks for including all rule books for one LOW price. Improved features over prior years books. Great new feature to save a topic allowing quick reference of commonly used topics. Nice job.

App is very difficult to use if you don’t already know where a rule is. It would be super helpful to bookmark individual rules and not a whole section. Search should allow grouped words like “hit by pitch.” Also an individual word doesn’t return preview text. If Little league is removing rules from the web and shipping fewer books, they should make basic investment in the app.
