Buggy but shows promise

The app was fine a few weeks ago but now I find it unusable. The Momo bit is broken, wants me to get off WiFi first, which I do, then it tells me “ Please ensure connectivity with your MTN data sim in your mobile device.” Called customer care, no solution. I tried to get a mash up bundle and that didn’t work either. It fails at the last point where they have to send a prompt for my pin. Finally managed to do it with the USSD. And with that the flash message appeared with the transaction details empty. Entering my pin resulted in transaction failed. Had to go and get it done in the approvals section. I’m still giving 4 stars because there have been periods I enjoyed using it over the last year.

The beauty and easy access of the app is for the user to be able to use wireless network in connection to buy data and do other things on the app. Mind you there are a lot of sim free phones where the only way u can browse the internet is through a wireless fidelity. Now anytime u try to do so on your app it says insert SIM. Where should I put it. The app is good. It used to accept internet access and u Abe to do anything. All u need is to verify from a second phone your OTP once u do that u have full access. Pls try and bring that option back because an app should be able to operated with a wireless network. That’s what makes it an app. Pls review.

I was using this for a while now then I received notification to update it , the moment I updated it i can’t use it anymore When I open it on my phone then it close itself. Too many bugs

First time downloading this app, and I tried to pay for Fibre broadband installation using another network, only for the screen of the app to be stuck on “Waiting for approval on your phone” for more than 5 minutes. Had to reset my internet connection before the page reloaded, and now gave me a pending payment status even though I had already paid. No option to cancel the order or get a refund too. Plus the momo tab also displaying an error to ensure connectivity with data sim in mobile device. Absolute trash, would not recommend!!
