Hi, it's been a while! In this update, we've made dozens of fixes to make queries even more pleasant to work with. Here are the most important ones: - Adding tags for a ticket - Show client avatars in chat - Tickets can be filtered by additional fields - Now you can create tickets in WhatsApp and Telegram Personal channels

Hey! Brought our updates under the New Year Tree :) Let's leave bugs in the old year, and for the new one we: - Optimized loading tickets; - Reworked the behaviour of the application when clicking on a link. If you have been sent a link to a section that's not in the application, we will show it in the browser. - Show the current version of the application on the agent's card; - Increased the maximum size of a attached file

We don't stop making our app better. In this version: Now, you can move to the customer card from the ticket; You can set a new avatar in your profile and show everybody the face of the happy agent! :) By clicking on the e-mail address, you can create a ticket, write a letter, or simply copy it; Start showing buttons in the chat channel; Improved application behaviour when there is no internet connection; Now, login and password are filled from the keychain at the same time while you log in; As usual fixed minor bugs and increased the stability of the application.

We are here with some updates: ⁃ Corrected the display of the SLA metric (execution). ⁃ Worked out the functionality for working with copies in the mail channel. ⁃ Increased the number of fields available when bulk editing queries. ⁃ Added scrolling before the start of correspondence on the account on the status bar. ⁃ Made a number check when creating a new request and adding to customer contacts.
