The app is horrible. Why is it asking for a URL? I don’t have a URL, I have an account already made on the computer website. Why can’t I just use that to log in? I’ve asked my company what our URL is and they don’t know. What is the point of the URL?

Asure recently added a whole bunch of new HR functionality to their mobile app, which has made a huge difference in the user experience! Employees can now:- e-sign digital docs- make their benefits open enrollment selections- view their performance reviews- be automatically reminded if their certification or license is expiring soon- AI digital assistant to answer questions and perform tasks- request/approve/deny time off requests- post/read company announcements

I don't understand why the first thing that comes up when you open the app is to verify a URL.. this app is useless and I’ve had enough trouble already with the website. Do better.
Changes were made to account for any data fields with null values. They are now passed correctly and do not cause any issues using the application.
Known issue: For users that have not yet been issued a paycheck, selecting a View All Paychecks displays a grey screen and the user must login again.
