MyClubLives system is designed to put members first, especially at clubs where demand for shared facilities, such as courts, swimming pools, gyms.
MyClubLives addresses two major issues that complicate scheduling court time.
1) demand for court time exceeds the supply of courts.
2) members cannot find players.
MyClubLives cannot increase the supply of courts, but its scheduling algorithm eliminates the first-come-first-serve type of reservation system that favors a small segment of members.
How Does It Work:
• Choose your preferred court times in advance.
• A proprietary algorithm assigns court times based on a scoring system and a random lottery.
• Unscheduled court times are designated as open and available for online selection.
