When I first started using this app, it wasn’t that great but it was good. To be a free app, there’s limitations. So I purchase the “UPGRADE” for ONE YEAR which cost me almost $30 and it eliminated the ads and also it gave me the multi cameras. Everything was well, every other day could have a disconnection but could be fix nonetheless. When this app gave me the option to upgrade to the “AtHomePRO” everything started to go wrong!!! I all of the sudden stopped working. I didn’t have the “so call” features I supposedly had to have. Long short story, I got in contact with the worthless “customer service support” and they could not answer my main question, which is why they stopped my features?? I even sent them the receipt from Apple proving that I purchase there iCloud services and other features. Never got an answer. They only answer me with things that can be found in their website Q&A. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. They seem to be somewhere in Asia, you may know what to expect from these people!! Is better to look elsewhere like Alfred or Anything’s. They sure help you out and CARE about you. SAFE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

So I've been using this app since 28 Dec. 2022. At first, i hated it because while i was viewing the camera, i would get an interruption. The message says something about not enough storage or some stupid message to make someone that's new to the program think in order to use the program, a monetary purchase needs to be completed. You don't. So after a while, i realized this interruption happened every 10 minutes. I adapted to the 10 break. Then 1 November 2023, i moved from which i was living to another place. I didn't see a need in this app until just recently. This will be the third week of having the NEED for this app. It's ALSO the third week in which i have found this app to be even less useful than before. When i first began to use this app last year, the phone in which i used as the camera, i would go literally MONTHS WITHOUT (W I T H O U T) EEEVVVVVER touching the phone because an old phone that's being used as a surveillance camera means that you're trying to be indiscreet. So if i was touching said phone often, others would get suspicious of said phone. I was using it to keep a watch on my then boyfriend. He was recently diagnosed with a major cardiac issue and i used the old phone to check on him every so often to make sure he was still alive since i had to work. In the last 3 weeks, this app has been nothing but i huge let down and extremely aggravating! So i set up my old phone to enable me to keep watch of the boyfriend. I have it set up. I leave. I check it in say 10 hours. It's working just fine. It always seems like it's day 3 when i check the camera and it shows that it's off line and gives me the date and time it went offline. Every TWO AND A HALF DAYS! What is the issue, dudes? Seriously. What's the point of it when i have to play with it every other day? Who could remember to check it when they're rushing out of the house for an emergency call? Who can remember to play with the damned thing when you just spent 11 1/2 months of constant usage to having to check it every 2 days? Plus i have checked it and then wait a few hours and BOOM! It's offline again! Simply because it's been the same amount of time when the program resets itself. I'm thinking of just finding another program and using it. Maybe then I'll be less likely to toss something across the room, like my phone.

Works perfect for what I needed it for. Traveling with my pup and couldn’t use my Furbo in a hotel. So installed the AtHome app on my Mac and this one on my phone. Didn’t have to pay a dime, but still works great with some ads here and there, which I don’t mind since they’re not that intrusive. Connection works even faster than my Furbo with almost instantaneous transmission of my voice to the Mac or sound from my Mac, much faster than Furbo. And it takes seconds to establish a connection, too. I didn’t realize at first that I had to get the “pro” app for the phone and was hesitant to download it thinking that I’d have to pay for it, but turned out all the basic functions work great on the basic version and the premium just gives you cloud storage. Recommended.

I really believe this is or has the potential to be one of the best security camera app but I’m not sure if the new update is causing the issues I’m facing. Even though I have paid service and a schedule time for recording, there is nothing there when I check to see the clip. I will see it in the time lapse of the day but nowhere else. Also the time lapse only recorded the first day I installed it.Sometimes I’ll see the alert videos but when I check back they disappeared somehow. I have been using this app long before they released the pro version and have tried a few others. My conclusion is, this is the best app for affordable security even at the free level.Please fix it as you have many supporters.
