The app is constantly broken. Whenever maintenance have been done on the app, it is worse than before the maintenance. I have had nothing but issue with the app not wanting to sync with my device… this morning the recharge is not even working (i took a video as proof)The app is not user friendly and a huge disappointment. I moved from Discovery and expect much more from a company of your calibre

App is pathetic. If it works it’s a good day. And if it does start working well, the team does maintenance to break it yet again. Their maintenance actually costs you money in lost returns.
