Don’t get me wrong I love Sam and Colby but a few drops ago I got the Sam and Colby 2024 sweatpants and I love them I have ordered a bunch of merch from Sam and cobly. When I do my laundry I separate my tops from my pants so my Sam and cobly sweatshirts and shirts go into together then my sweatpants go with my pants something I have noticed with my pants is the writing on the pants is starting to rip but my other merch don’t so after thinking I thought oh maybe it could be the heat I have my dryer on which was hot so I started changing the temp and after that they have been fine also don’t wash them with hot water only cold so when dryer leave them on lot head otherwise the writing will start to crake.

I absolutely love the app easy to use and a simple process to checkout. Layout of the app is completely organized and easy to use! Let’s just say that I ordered some merch and 1.) they don’t deliver it, I wait at least three weeks because of course maybe a few delays but if it’s been over a month or two since I’ve ordered that specific merch I email them saying “hey I just wanted to check in and let you guys know that I still haven’t gotten my merch yet” they’ll respond “have you check your local post office or they’ll say it says it has been delivered and I tell them it hasn’t been delivered yet”, yet I’ve been really patient with them and waiting patiently for my package and still haven’t gotten it for all this time, nope haven’t gotten it for the past month soon enough it’s been two months and nothing less there’s nothing and it happens a couple of times, the third time I’ve ordered a 25x25 maroon phone case and I wait patiently for a couple of weeks, a lil over month as gone by and still haven’t gotten it so I emailed them saying hey I’m sorry but I haven’t gotten this 25x25, iPhone case and no answer from them whatsoever like if they were ignoring me! so I gave up ordering stuff from Sam and Colby, I mean I absolutely adore Sam and Colby, as much as I want to “blame” Sam and Colby for this I won’t and I can’t but with their shipping process and me politely emailing them what happened, yeah like I would order something again and up til this day I’m still upset I’ve wasted my money on something expensive haven’t been delivered at all!

First ever time being in the XPLR app and it’s amazing got some hoodies, shirts, and a hat. I always wanted these merch for at least ever since I watch Sam and Colby for the first time, now that I am a fan of Sam and Colby I appreciate them for dropping these new merch. But the app is nice I don’t have trouble with the app everything is ok. Before I watched Sam and Colby’s videos I was never happy in my life one of my best friend well that I thought was my best friend was hanging out with my enemy and for me my enemy was rude to me a lot and I didn’t like it but now that I watched Sam and Colby my life changed and I’m more happy like if I was 5 years old again. Thanks Sam and Colby thank you. 🥹

This app works so smoothly and has amazing sales on all products that are exclusive to app users. If you are somebody who buys Sam and Colby mercy frequently like me then I highly recommend downloading this app. The checkout setup makes it so much easier than using a browser, it also remembers your info so you don’t have to put in your information every time you buy something. The notifications makes it easy to know when a new product is launching and when sales are in place. This app is amazing and would definitely say that I use it quite often.
