Whether you’re a food lover, bar hopper or shopaholic, step is the app for you. My life has been made easier by being able to save my favorite places around the world. Beware, once you subscribe you cannot cancel subscription! Even in the website you cannot!

Sorry you had this issue. Just click unfollow on the profile you are subscribed to on the Step app to cancel your subscription. You will still have access to this profile and content until your subscription period is over.

Nice idea - needs a lot

I love the idea of this app, especially the ability to follow curators. The reason why I think it needs work is there needs to be richer filters, and a way for users and curators to leave some kind of rating or review of step locations. Just because the location was stepped doesn’t mean it’s actually worth checking out.

Clunky can’t cancel subscription

This app is really hard to navigate, doesn’t feel intuitive and especially difficult to understand how to cancel a subscription. I had an unexpected charge show up for a subscription I didn’t even realise I had. This doesn’t show as part of your account settings and is cancelled by “unfollowing” people with no indication that they are a pay feature. Feels in violation of app payment and transaction process.
