I am unable to enable Face ID authentication in the banking app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 27.0.After following the on-screen instructions, entering my password, and tapping the “Enable Face ID” button, a pop-up message appears stating “Authentication Failed.” As a result, I cannot activate the Face ID feature.

It lacks the modern experience that users expect from a banking app.* The UI/UX looks old and is not user-friendly.* Having to log in almost every time is frustrating.* Compared to other banks, pMoney falls far behind in terms of design, usability, and overall user experience.I hope Premier Bank takes user feedback seriously and invests in a complete redesign, better performance, and a more convenient login experience. A modern bank deserves a modern app.
