It shows my husband left home but he’s in bed next to me. It’ll do this several times or show I’m at work but I’ll be home or vice versa on his phone, other then that it’s a good app.

Your devices can sometimes send a location update that is not quite accurate enough, and if your home's place radius is too small, then you'll receive a notification about leaving home, you can prevent this by increasing your home's place radius a bit. I’ve used this app for about two years. At first it was great I was able to keep an eye on my elderly mother and my brother who lives out of state. Now it’s hit or miss on the location, drains the battery super quickly, and has annoying blue banner at the top of the phone that gets accidentally hit and opens the app when I’m trying to do other things like delete mail in my email app. Overall I do not recommend this product anymore and am actively looking for another app that will hopefully fit my needs.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear you're unsatisfied with the app, to improve your location, you have to follow the recommended settings that are mentioned in the app. We've optimized our app as to not drain the battery but still give accurate location information, as for the blue banner, it is a feature of the software so that you can know the app is running in the background. After this last update, it seems I cannot “see” my son any longer. For the last several months, every time I try to log on and see where he is.. his icon is all greyed out with no updates. The first year, this never happened. I don’t understand what is going on. If he is able to just “turn it off” then why did I pay for the upgraded service?? I don’t know what he is doing, but he has figured out how to disable it (and then blame it on bad wifi)… which I know is not accurate.

Hey there, there are multiple settings that need to be changed in order to enable our app to work as intended, please follow these steps on all members' devices: 1- Set the Location Permission to "Always". 2-Turn on Background App Refresh permission. 3-Turn on Wi-Fi even when not connected to a Wi-Fi network. 4- Disable Low Power Mode.
