This is very good game that I would definitely recommend to all who likes the genre of Taoism. This game provides the gamer with a fun experience, and even if you don’t like Taoism I’d still recommend the game to you as it is a good way to past time and offers a competitive but fun atmosphere. I started this game 5 days ago and have been hooked since, but one thing I’ve noticed is the micro transactions in the game are a little excessive. And the rates are ridiculously high, obtaining spirit jade is nearly impossible for me currently. I don’t if this will change later on, but if you spend money on the game you would definitely rise to the top in no time. Normally I won’t play pay to win games, but this game doesn’t give me that vibe. But i feel like the game needs to lower the prices of spirit jade or add more spirit jade on the bundles, because the price is not really worth it. And it’s very difficult to play the game without not spending money. But all in all this is a great game that I’d recommend.

This game is a decent time waster but there’s plenty of things that go wrong or are frustrating. For example, the base gameplay of Immortal Taoist is cultivating and then breaking through, based on your realm you’re given a %chance of breaking through. Since breaking through requires the most important resource in the game, you’d think it would be a semi-fair process but it is not. While I can not prove it, I have a feeling the game will purposely fail your cultivation if you do not buy the items that boost your chance of succeeding. I have failed 4-5 times in a row events that should hav a 70% chance of success, a .2% chance, significantly less likely then succeeding, but without fail this is a common occurrence.Other than the cultivation aspect there is not much else to do, the gameplay or adventuring aspect is barely fleshed out and does not give any real meaningful resources to users except to get quest rewards, which after a while takes days to complete due to the fact with no money put into the game your cultivation significantly slows down. Events and things give you diminishing returns as they’re helpful at the start, later on the awards give you nothing meaningful Other aspects of the game are poorly explained or do not have much to offer. If you’re looking for an idle game I would not recommend this and look towards downloading something with more outer input at least

I would often see advertisements for the game on different apps and the advertisement videos are not even close to how the gameplay goes. I tried playing it anyways because I like myself some cultivation manhua. It takes so long to make any progress while playing the game, where I could literally go days or even weeks without breaking through to the next level. I believe this to be so in order to encourage people to buy to play in order to make any actual progress. It’s also very rare to get/earn any spirit jade as well, where they encourage you to buy some in order to get certain things from the shop.Speaking of the shop, the higher grade pills that you need in order to break through are made more and more scarce. They charge spirit jade to get them, even though you could go close to a week without even obtaining one jade. They also have it to where the success rate of breaking through without pills decreases every time you break through to a new realm.The advertisement is largely false advertisement and there’s literally no way to report it for being so. They use pictures and whatnot from popular webcomic like Solo Leveling, which have nothing to do with the game at all. It’s very frustrating. I also highly doubt that there’s so little one star reviews for this game either.

I seen an ad for this game that got me interested and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately the ad that was shown wasn’t the actual gameplay at all, but I decided to give it a few days to try anyways as I’m very interested in Taoism and enjoy reading light novels in the genre. After playing for a bit and learning the ins and outs I realized there’s a very solid game here with a lot to keep the game interesting and to keep you busy. It’s fair to free to play players, and while those players still wouldn’t stand much of a chance against huge spenders in pvp, they could definitely outscale a casual spender. I’ve been playing for about a month now and I really am enjoying the game. This is a game I could see myself playing for a long time to come which is why I am confused as to why the developers feel the need to deceive with ads that show an entirely different game/experience, you have a fun game here so show it off! I would have still tried your game if you had shown honest gameplay, as would many others considering a Taoism idle rpg is already niche as it is. There are others that would have enjoyed your game but wouldn’t give you a fair shake after realizing they’ve been lied to, Drop their 1 or 2 star review and then uninstall. While the devs could argue that the fake ad worked as it got me playing and im still enjoying the game, you have to consider what you have lost in taking that route. I don’t trust you as developers so I won’t be spending on any events. I wouldn’t trust you with a Facebook login, email verification or anything where my personal data is directly being accessed. I also could never give your game a 5 star rating. You gained a player, however you didn’t really gain a fan. If there’s changes to the marketing in the future I would definitely consider giving you 5 stars.
