Fielder will help you to assign to your agents tasks for pickup, delivery and provide services from a web portal or mobile App. With Fielder you can receive tasks from your clients, manage them and assign them to the nearest agent of your client´s location.
The solution includes a web portal and mobile App for owners or Managers/Directors of companies, an intuitive mobile App for agents in the field for real-time geolocation and allocation of tasks and services. All this to control and increase the profits of your business.

By using Fielder you will be able to see in real time the location of your agents in the field and if they are close to your clients, you can assign them tasks and services so they can arrive in the shortest possible time. You can measure the arrival time, route travel time, confirm location arrival, start and end of the activity. Also, you can review evidence of tasks or services performed through photographs, documents or images. Fielder will allow you to scale your business, optimizing resources, working under On-Demand schemes, as well as taxi business models, planned activities, food distribution, pet service, fleet management, logistic or maintenance.
Agent:
Fielder will help you manage your tasks and services in an automated, efficient and friendly way. Within the App you will find:
- Task assignment notifications
- Task priorities (High, Medium or Low)
- Name of the client and address of the location for attention of the task
- API with Waze or Google Maps to take the best route to reach the destination
- Description of activities to be carried out in the destination
- Calendar for scheduled activities
- Take photographs of each activity carried out
