First day of July Summer Sale and was getting a bit frustrated trying to g to check out with some great deals in my cart! Wouldn’t process, indicating something was wrong but no specifics. After reviewing and trying multiple times I removed an item I had in cart but then researched once more online and now saying would out. Removed item even though my check out confirmed it and it finally went through. Issue should have been identified to me (customer) not leave me to research it and miss out on some sale items. That being said, Kurt Geiger’s line has captivated my heart this spring and summer and his sale markdowns don’t mess around.

Absolutely love the app. It makes accessing all of their items super easy. I just wish it had the Apple Pay feature whenever you’re checking out instead of having to actually input your credit card but the great thing about that is is if you shop frequently, they will save your payment method.

Trying to make a purchase and it keeps telling me there’s an error. Changes credit card info repeatedly to see which credit card takes but it keeps reading error. Can’t make any purchases. No phone number to call for assistance and the Geiger bit left me hanging with no connection to an agent.
