Hi for some reason it did not save the items in the cart. So I had to look them up again. I often shop several times before checking out, so I will add items to the cart and come back later to checkout. The rest was good, looking forward to receiving the items

I have been shopping with Karen Miles for several years but have see the customer service absolutely plummet. The only option is text and it typically takes 24 hours to get a response and if you don’t get a satisfactory response you just have to start over, there is no consistent communication with one person. I bough their premium membership which should have given me free shipping for one year, halfway through the year they decided not to honor it anymore and basically said, “sorry, not sorry”. No refund for the membership I bought and flat out refusal to help in anyway. Additionally, returns are a massive hassle and you will have to fight to get your money refunded. If you are expecting them to care about you as a customer or your experience you will be sadly mistaken. Jo neatly the worst retailer I have ever worked with.

Customer Service Regarding Defective CoatI purchased a beautiful blush wool blend coat that came incompletely finished. The collar of the coat did not have the wool material sewn to it. There was only the raw interfacing material showing on the underside of the collar which could be seen from the outside of the coat. I emailed customer service, and with proof of pictures, they gladly returned it stating that delivery would be credited.I asked to get another because there was only one left in the size I ordered. The rep emailed back that they were out of stock, which at the time, was not true.I emailed back and stated that was not the case and asked if I could receive the same discount of 25% off as a new user. I stated the urgency of the situation as only one coat was left in stock in an 8. They stated they would reply in 48 hours. However, they did not reply for 4 days and by that time the coat had sold out in that size. I ended up going a size smaller without room for any bulky sweaters. It was also only 20% off. They emailed back and stated they would not honor the 25% off even though this was their error.I will NEVER buy Karen Millen again despite the great silhouettes and quality of materials used. I had been searching for this color and silhouette for 10 years. When I finally found it, it turned into a nightmare due to poor customer service. If the current purchase comes to me in any way but perfect, I will be writing another review and involve my credit card company in getting my funds returned to me.Customer service is lacking in this current generation. I cannot stress this enough. It spans globally and I encourage others who experience the same to boycott this brand or any brand that treats its customers this way.
It’s a mess - stay away

So I ordered a dress for someone in a US size and got an email that the dress that was shipping was a different US size(they knowingly mislabel the UK size as US in their order view, their confirmation and shipping email). Since we needed this dress, we placed another order thinking we had made a mistake and the same thing happened. This happened on a Thursday. I contacted them to see what was happening and they said it was a known issue with their system but that I’d be receiving the correct size. So I asked if I could cancel one of the orders and they said no, because the orders go straight to their warehouse and ship immediately. So I’d be responsible for return shipping, and they don’t refund shipping fees. They actually created the shipping label on Monday and shipped Monday, so they were lying there. They just didn’t want to help, and they know that shipping back to England will be expensive so I probably won’t. Also, their order didn’t arrive in 2-3 business days as their express shipping says. It arrived in 4 - but their confirmation says 3-4(but they say 2-3 before you order).Stay away
