We are continuously working to improve the app experience. In this upgrade, we have: • Added a new filter called Case Number to the Transactions screen so that you can filter by case number • Added Tax ID to the user profile screen • Provided guidance on how to add a mobile number to your user profile • Implemented some bug fixes Thank you for being an iQ Now user.

This release includes enhancements for merchants to search on suggested help content or other preferred search. The suggested help content is a guide to the merchant on how to perform the actions in the application.

This release includes value added service capability enhancement for merchants to expand their servicing footprint, guidance for user to add mobile phone number to user profile and bug fixes.

The iQ Now team continues to work hard to deliver the features you are asking for! For this release, we are making the following changes. • Introducing Tutorial screen that provides information about important features within the application. • Integration of Webchat application within iQ Now to initiate a chat session with customers post-login. • Some bug fixes to ensure the quality of the product.

With this release we are expanding the transaction view to all customers so that they can easily identified the fraud transactions; adding the ability of self-registration and reset password; adding the ability to take an action for W9 Upload and improving the gift card functionality.

With this release we expanding the Billing Summary view to all customers, improving the refund history review when issuing a refund, adding the ability to view 1099K statements in app, and adding the ability to attach multiple documents to a dispute.

This release has enriched user experience, optimized app performance, and augmented application security.

Users will notice a change to the log in flow with the user name and password now being collected on separate screens. There are no changes to functionality within the app. This is another way that we continue to improve our security to keep your information safe.

For this release, we are making the following changes. • For those users that receive RMB billing statements, you can now review them in iQ Now. • Increased the size limitations when responding to a dispute with a photo taken with the device or attaching a pdf. • Users can now see notices for up to 35 days We appreciate your business!

We are excited to share the following changes to this release: • Ability to accept Dispute (chargeback) items. • For some users when making changes to their user profile information, the updates were not saving. • Added ability to see refund history from Issue Refund screen • Fixed formatting on dollar amounts for push notifications. • Adjusted the font on the billing statement screen • Added a filter to Notification tab for Recent Notices • Adding NPC funding data to Reconciliation screen details. • Fixed issue where some users would get invalid answers when prompted, even though the right answer to the question is being provided

1. Adding dispute alert in the Action Item section of the Notifications screen. Users will be able to manage their outstanding disputes right from this screen. 2. Users will be able to enable push notification for newly created dispute, settlement and statement alerts. The notification delivery methods can be managed from the User Profile section of the Account screen.User will be able to manage their other alert delivery methods from this screen also. 3. The newly released About iQ feature, available from the Accounts screen, will provide users with access to multiple iQ Now videos, each of which provide an overview of the features and functions available on each screen of the iQ Now Mobile app. Users can also find a link to the terms and conditions, along with the current build version which is loaded on the device.
