The layout is much improved over the original Manheim app, but the load times are way too slow! It makes the app practically unusable! It doesn’t matter if I’m on 5G or my home WiFi with very high speed. I’m also on iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I close all my other background apps, doesn’t make a difference. Doesn’t make a difference if I use my girlfriends phone on different carrier (she has at&t,I have Verizon) or iPad. The app is just way too slow, takes 10 minutes to load work book (no exaggeration). Inventory run list takes 10-15 min to load too. Scanning a vin takes 4-5 minutes. Condition reports take forever to load. I don’t think it’s a problem with the server side either, because the Manheim website loads at least 10x faster on the same device (iPhone 12 pro max). Again, nice layout but load times are crippling. Please address the loading time issue because the layout is nicer on the app vs website when using a mobile device.

I’m not sure exactly how, but Manheim has managed to develop the most glitchy app I’ve seen since the existence of the smartphone. I’m not sure if it’s on purpose, because at this point the problems have existed for several years. Certain pages log you out. You can scroll through the run list on simulcast live sales. The remember me feature at login does nothing. If you double press something fast enough, several of the page you are trying to access will open. Navigating this app feels like you’re in a fever dream and there are far more glitches than the ones listed.Of course cox automotive family won’t do anything to solve this because at the end of the day they are still getting their billions. They tend to focus on that aspect far more than actually helping their clients at the bottom.

If you have some time to burn, this is the app for you. If you want to actually buy cars or have functions that work, you need to use a PC. This app has all kinds of new flashy features, but is way too slow to actually get anything done. It doesn’t matter if you’re using 5G, fast Wi-Fi at your house, or which device you use, the app just runs very, very slow. A big downgrade from the old app, but thankfully Manheim prevents you from using the old app and discontinued support for it. Just like most app developers for big corporations, they need to redesign something that works just fine, for something new and usually doesn’t work as well to prove their worth to the company and stay employed. In this case much, much slower! Thanks a lot…

Imagine being a multi billion dollar company and the largest auction in the country but having the worst app in the industry. By far the worst app I have ever used. Nothing works with one click. The back button exist comes right over the bid button and since you have to click on it multiple times it made me buy a car by mistake and they were not willing to reverse the transaction. You can’t even scroll through the run list, it will freeze and glitch. Too many errors of application not being able to authenticate. Missed a few cars bcz I couldn’t log in due to the app error. It will never memorize your user ID. I can go on forever, fix this garbage
